Role Description

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Founders Office. This is a full-time role located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and growth by providing strategic insights and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the founders, to identify opportunities, develop data-driven strategies, and execute key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive business analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business development and content management initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key projects and initiatives.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business transformation and growth.

Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to present findings and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in business analysis, market research, or strategy consulting

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from Tier 1 / 2 MBA Schools and 1-2 years of work experience in Digital / ecommerce / new age businesses
