Senior Salesforce Developer

Lead technical implementations and guide a team of developers on large-scale Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5-8 developers through technical design, build, and unit testing phases.

Prepare technical designs for Sales and Service Cloud based on business requirements.

Conduct end-to-end implementation of Salesforce modules and Community Cloud solutions.

Perform peer reviews and ensure code quality follows established best practices.

Report task status and progress against agreed schedules to stakeholders.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience as a Senior Architect or technology leader in mid-to-large organizations.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, LWC, and batch classes.

Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce Lightning.

Experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementations and 1 Community Cloud implementation.

Proven track record with Salesforce implementations for 10K+ users.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture, including Cloud, Integration Technologies, and Master Data Management.

Experience working within Agile implementation frameworks.

Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Non-Profit or Salesforce community implementations. .
