Sales Development Representative - SDR (Remote)

AllerWell, one of our flagship products, uses AI and advanced tech to revolutionize allergy management, helping users make safer food choices.**Key Responsibilities:**Research and identify potential leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, web, etc.)Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospectsQualify leads based on interest, budget, timeline, and fitSchedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospectsMaintain accurate and updated records in the CRM systemCollaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaignsProvide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectivenessConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead targets**Requirements:**3 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation (preferably SaaS or tech sector)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalComfortable making cold calls and handling objectionsAbility to research and personalize outreach effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce)Self-motivated, organized, and target-drivenExperience selling or prospecting in Tech consultancyKnowledge of sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.)Prior experience working with international clients
