Job Title: Regional Head – Religious Operations – Multiple Locations (Varanasi, Mathura, Haridwar, Prayagraj, Ujjain, Ayodhya)

Key Responsibilities:

Temple & Community Management:

Onboard Temple Pandits and Priests: Build relationships with temples and trusted pandits to ensure authentic spiritual services for devotees.

Facilitate online poojas and temple darshan services for devotees, both in-person and online.

Collaborate with temples to ensure smooth operations and services.

Customer Experience Management:

Meet & Greet Services: Provide a warm welcome to devotees, tourists, and visitors upon arrival.

Address queries and concerns of devotees, ensuring a seamless spiritual experience.

Manage end-to-end support for online and offline pooja services.

Devotee & Travel Assistance:

Assist travelers with itinerary planning, temple visits, and other spiritual activities.

Oversee operations for offline pooja and darshan arrangements for visiting devotees.

Ensure top-notch customer support, addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Team Coordination & Reporting:

Build and manage a local team for efficient operations.

Track daily activities, operational challenges, and customer feedback.

Report progress and updates to the central team.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with temples, pandits, and devotees.

Passion for spiritual and religious services.

Customer-centric mindset with experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer support (preferred).

Ability to manage on-ground operations efficiently and solve problems proactively.

Familiarity with local culture, traditions, and spiritual practices.

Proficiency in local language(s) and Hindi and English
