Position Overview Senior Analyst, Data Science (Remote) We are seeking a highly motivated, detailoriented Senior Analyst to join the CFR Finance team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will partner closely with Chief Credit Officers, regional finance leaders, and crossfunctional stakeholders to develop, refine, and communicate sophisticated lossprovision forecasts for our international card portfolios. Your analytical expertise will directly influence strategic planning, risk mitigation, and longterm growth initiatives at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Loss Provision Forecasting: Build, validate, and maintain advanced statistical models that predict net loss provisions for credit and fraud risk across multiple geographies. Monthly Reporting & Analysis: Produce clear, concise monthly performance reports that highlight key drivers of variance, trends, and actionable insights for senior leadership. Strategic Insight Generation: Translate complex data sets into strategic recommendations that support longterm business planning and riskadjusted profitability. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work handinhand with Finance, Risk Management, Marketing, and Product teams to align analytical outputs with broader business objectives. Model Enhancement & Innovation: Continuously improve forecasting models by incorporating new data sources, advanced techniques, and emerging industry best practices. Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years of handson experience conducting financial analytics using large data sets. Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and the ability to create dynamic, presentationready dashboards in PowerPoint. Strong command of SQL and experience with datawarehouse technologies such as Hive or Yellowbrick. Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and automation (preferred). Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or TM1 (highly preferred). Bachelors or reputed companys degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline. Prior exposure to credit card risk, fraud detection, or related financial services environments (preferred).
