Social Media Intern Company: RIDH INTERNATIONAL Location: Egmore, Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 per month Experience: Freshers welcome Probation Period: 3 months Job DescriptionRIDH – The Fabric Studio is looking for a Social Media Intern to support our social media presence and customer communication across digital platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and regularly update the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts . Create and publish regular posts, product updates, new arrivals, and promotional content. Update relevant content on the company website . Monitor and respond to enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website . Communicate with customers professionally and provide basic information about products and collections. Forward customer enquiries and potential leads to the concerned sales team. Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups. Support day-to-day social media activities and customer engagement. Assist in creating simple social media content using Canva or similar tools . Follow the company's content and posting schedule. Freshers are welcome. Should be an active user of Instagram and social media platforms. Good communication skills in Tamil and English . Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms is preferred. Should be willing to learn and take responsibility for daily social media activities.
