Human Resources (HR) - Internship

About the internship:This is a work-from-office internship based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Apply only if you can commute on a daily basis and are available to join immediately. Candidates looking for remote/hybrid opportunities should not apply.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends in the industry and provide insights to the team.

3. Utilize MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel to create reports and maintain databases.

4. Communicate effectively with employees and management, both verbally and in writing.

5. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Support the Admin team in various administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents and taking follow-ups from vendors.

7. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 12,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 500000/year
