Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Scrum and Agile project management experience to lead technical teams, manage project delivery, and ensure successful execution of projects within scope, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, planning, execution, and tracking.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Track sprint progress, project milestones, and delivery metrics.

Identify and resolve project blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in IT, including technical project management.

Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing Scrum teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong risk management, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Technical background in software development, data engineering, cloud, or IT projects is preferred.
