Mandatory skills

o ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory)

o Change Management & Release Management (must-have)

• Expertise in:

o JavaScript, Glide APIs o Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB integration

• Experience with:

o DevOps / CI-CD integrations o Update Sets, instance upgrades, release pipelines

• Positive understanding of:

o Agile / Scrum delivery model
