What you’ll do

Work directly with the founders on key strategic, product, and growth initiatives.

Drive business planning, partnerships, analytics, and special projects that impact scale.

Build data-driven insights for decision-making across product, operations, and marketing.

Work closely with product and tech teams to translate business problems into product requirements, experiments, and features.

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to execute high-impact projects.

Who you are

0–4 years of experience in consulting, startup strategy, product, or business roles.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Excited about fintech innovation.
