Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential students and provide information about our educational programs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our database.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Stay updated on the latest educational offerings and market trends to effectively communicate with clients.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive ability.
• Experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of education counseling and admission processes.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and managing call logs.
