Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI/LLM Campus Recruiter (Leadership Hirings) role based in Noida. The recruiter will design and execute campus hiring strategies focused on AI, ML, and LLM leadership roles, partnering with top universities and institutes. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable campuses, planning hiring events, coordinating assessment processes, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for leadership and high-potential candidates.

The role involves collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will also track hiring metrics, create campus branding initiatives, and ensure an inclusive, fair selection process aligned with organizational values.

Qualifications

Strong experience in campus recruitment, particularly for technology or AI-focused roles, and familiarity with leadership or high-impact hiring.Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data science, and LLM-related roles, with the ability to understand core skills and competencies in these domains.Proficiency in stakeholder management, including collaboration with hiring managers, academic partners, and internal HR teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and senior leaders.Ability to plan and execute recruitment events, assessment days, and campus engagement programs in a structured and organized manner.Comfort working with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and standard HR tools to monitor pipelines and hiring performance.Demonstrated commitment to equitable, non-discriminatory hiring practices and promoting diverse talent pools.Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in campus or tech recruitment is highly beneficial. .
