Enterprise AI Compliance And Data Governance - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Target Identification & Trigger Monitoring

Identify mid-to-large-scale UK enterprises across industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors ( 100M+ turnover or 500+ employees) via Companies House, The Gazette, and legal dockets. Monitor and track key trigger events including SAP S/4HANA transformation, site closures, business carve-outs, and private equity-led restructurings.

2. Legal & Governance Pre-Assessment

Perform preliminary legal and governance feasibility reviews on shortlisted targets. Evaluate whether legacy datasets, including ERP history and plant maintenance archives, are clear of critical risk factors such as active litigation holds or material consumer PII exposure.

3. Executive Intelligence & Mapping

Identify and validate direct contact details of key decision-makers, specifically General Counsel (GC), Chief Data Officer (CDO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

4. Intelligence Dossier & Handover

Develop concise, one-page intelligence dossiers outlining the target's ERP landscape, historical data footprint, and relevant trigger events. Submit verified dossiers to Vedron's core team for formal engagement.
