About the job:We are looking for a confident, outgoing, responsible, and energetic individual who can manage and represent the brand during events while also handling influencer collaborations and event-related activities. The role requires someone who is comfortable interacting with different people, coordinating with influencers and clients, and ensuring events run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Hosting: Host and anchor events, engage with the audience, make announcements, introduce guests, and maintain a lively and positive atmosphere.

2. Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.

3. Influencer Management: Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations, campaigns, promotions, and event appearances.

4. Client & Guest Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients, guests, influencers, vendors, and event teams.

5. Event Coordination: Handle registrations, guest management, schedules, backstage coordination, and other on-ground responsibilities.

6. Follow-ups: Coordinate with influencers, clients, and vendors before and after events and ensure commitments are completed on time.

7. Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations during events calmly and find quick, practical solutions.

8.
