Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting and taxation, with a focus on managing industrial accounts. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounting functions for industrial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Utilize Tally for bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Follow up on payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
• Experience with ITR filing and tax return preparation.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and accounts receivable management.
• Proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
