Pre-Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Department: Sales Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and assist them throughout the initial sales process. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information. Explain property/project details, features, pricing, and offers to customers. Follow up with leads through calls and messages. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team. Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets. Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in real estate, telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage. Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
