Candidate Requirements 5+ years of relevant HR experience , preferably in Real Estate. Current/most recent Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) experience preferred. Candidates from Insurance / Hospitality & other industry may also be considered with relevant HR experience and strong career stability. Strong experience in Sales Hiring, HR Operations and employee handling. Excellent communication, decision-making and management coordination skills. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
