Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate (Voice Process) to join our team in Delhi. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to resolve issues and provide solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries and issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Typing speed of a minimum of 32 WPM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Graduation is mandatory.

This position offers a day shift schedule with a 9 AM to 9 PM window, working 5.5 days a week.
