Manage end-to-end HR operations for the unit.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads for staffing and HR requirements.
Prepare and present HR reports and manpower dashboards to management.
Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
