Junior Accountant

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

2. Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.

3. Manage bank reconciliation and cash transactions.

4. Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

5. Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.

6. Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.

7. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.

8. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

9. Assist with monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.

10. Coordinate with internal departments for account-related queries.

11. Support the senior accounts team in audits and financial reporting.

12. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
