We are an ambitious, fast-moving startup taking on massive enterprise challenges, and we are looking for a Founding Pre-Sales Engineer to be the technical tip of the spear.

This is not a traditional corporate role. We are looking for an elite technologist with the DNA of an entrepreneur—someone who can command a boardroom, whiteboard complex AI architectures, and drive multi-million-dollar enterprise deals across the finish line. You will not just be selling software; you will be architecting the future of decision intelligence for global leaders in Financial Services, Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Public Sectors.

THE MISSION

As our Founding Pre-Sales Engineer, you are the bridge between our composite AI engineering and the customer’s most critical pain points. You will partner directly with the founding and sales teams to capture market share, translating complex technical capabilities into undeniable business value.

Your ultimate metric is the technical win and the revenue that follows it. You will architect solutions, lead high-stakes proof-of-concepts (POCs), and create the "awe factor" that makes C-suite executives realize they cannot operate without ContexQ.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive the Technical Win: Own the technical stages of the enterprise sales cycle. Lead discovery sessions, architect bespoke solutions, and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that clearly map ContexQ's composite AI to the customer's specific risk and compliance challenges.

• Execute Flawless POCs: Design, build, and deploy Proof of Concepts that prove our value proposition in the customer's environment, using their data to demonstrate ROI in real-time.

• Shape the Product: Act as the voice of the market. Feed critical, frontline intelligence back to our R&D and product teams to directly influence the roadmap and enhance our graph AI capabilities.

• Build the Engine: As a founding member of the go-to-market team, you will help design the playbooks, reference architectures, and technical enablement materials that will scale our pre-sales organization.

• Accelerate Revenue: Partner ruthlessly with sales to qualify leads, navigate complex enterprise procurement processes, and close deals.

WHO YOU ARE

• The Rare Hybrid: You possess deep technical fluency (data architecture, AI/ML concepts, APIs, and cloud infrastructure) combined with elite commercial instincts. You know how to read a room and when to dive into the code versus when to focus on business outcomes.

• Enterprise Battle-Tested: You have a proven track record of securing technical wins in complex, high-stakes B2B software sales—ideally within data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, or FinTech.

• A Builder & Owner: You thrive in ambiguity. You don’t need a massive support team to execute; you are ready to roll up your sleeves, build the plane while flying it, and take extreme ownership of your pipeline.

• A Master Communicator: You can explain highly complex graph AI and composite AI concepts to a non-technical CRO just as effectively as you can debate architecture with a seasoned CTO.
