About the internship:As a front-end development intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your skills in HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, REST API, React, and Next.js while working on real-world projects with our experienced team. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement visually appealing and functional user interfaces.

2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

3. Assist in the integration of REST APIs to fetch and display dynamic data on the front end.

4. Work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth communication between the frontend and backend systems.

5. Test and debug front-end applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.

6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in front-end development to continuously improve our products.

7. Additional information:Read carefully- Below are the key terms of the internship:

1. The stipend amount, as mentioned in the application, is standard across the organization and non-negotiable.

2. The internship shall be 7 hours per day, Monday through Saturday.

3. The minimum internship duration is 6 months.

4. The internship shall be on a probationary period during the initial 2 months, during which the candidate will be provided with the requisite training. Therefore, the stipend amount for these 2 months shall be retained as a security deposit by the company. It will be released forthwith upon successful completion of the internship.

5. Next.js is a must for selection for the internship. Further, interns with graduation or prior work experience will be preferred.

6. Interns in our organization are provided with 2 internship options:

a. Either a 6-month internship with a stipend of Rs 3,000 per month.

b. Or a 1-year internship with a stipend of Rs 3,000 per month for the first 6 months and then Rs 5,000–7,000 for the remaining 6 months, decided based on performance.

c. Additionally, if the intern qualifies, we provide a job opportunity, as our eligibility criteria for the job are 1 year of experience.

d. As the intern gains 1 year of experience in our organization itself, we consider it equivalent to practical experience.
