The candidate should have hands-on experience in basic hr operations, attendance management, recruitment coordination, and employee handling within a factory environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day HR and admin operations at factory level. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation. Coordinate recruitment for factory and staff positions. Maintain employee files and joining formalities. Handle onboarding and induction of new employees. Coordinate with payroll team for attendance and salary inputs. Maintain discipline and employee grievance handling. Support statutory compliance and HR records maintenance. Coordinate with factory departments for manpower requirements. Handle exit formalities and full & final coordination. Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of basic HR operations and labor laws. Experience in attendance and manpower handling. Basic Excel and HR documentation knowledge. Ability to work in factory environment. Candidate Requirements

5 +years of HR experience. Manufacturing/factory experience preferred. Candidate should be disciplined, presentable, and good in coordination. Immediate joiners preferred. EducationGraduate / mba in hr preferred
