Order to Cash Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the order to cash process, ensuring timely billing and invoicing, and handling cash applications and collections. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of our organization by effectively managing customer accounts and resolving disputes and deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order to cash process, from order entry to cash collection.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing to customers.
• Manage cash application processes to ensure payments are applied correctly.
• Handle collections activities, including follow-ups on overdue accounts and negotiating payment terms.
• Resolve customer disputes and deductions in a timely manner, working closely with internal teams to address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide insights for improvement.
