Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments.
• Oversee cash application processes to ensure proper allocation of payments to customer accounts.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to resolve any discrepancies related to freight and billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer communications.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the O2C cycle.
