What It Involves

1. AI Agent Development (Core)

Design autonomous/semi-autonomous agents; build multi-step planning, reasoning & execution flows; tool/function calling; agent memory & context management; test agent architectures.

2. LLM Integration

Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini & open-source LLMs prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, multi-turn context, model selection, token/cost optimization, response validation.

3. Business AI Agents

Build practical agents: Sales (qualify leads update CRM book meetings), Customer Support (intent KB search respond escalate), Recruitment (JD match score shortlist), Research (search analyse report), Marketing (content campaign optimize).

4. API & Tool Integration

Connect agents to REST APIs, webhooks, CRM, WhatsApp, Email, Google, Payment, Database, Social & Search APIs agents that act, not just generate text.

5. RAG & Knowledge Systems

Embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector), semantic search, document/PDF processing, chunking, retrieval pipelines, context injection.

6. Agent Testing & Evaluation
