The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office IT systems, resolving hardware/network issues, and providing technical support to users. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Maintain records of IT assets, hardware allocation, repairs, warranties, and replacements. Coordinate with internet service providers and other IT vendors for technical issues. Perform regular system checks, backups, updates, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance. Support new employee system setup, email/software configuration, and IT asset allocation.
