Position: CRM Specialist

Ownership: Sanction to Final Disbursement

Key Responsibilities

* Take complete ownership of cases after loan sanction

* Conduct the Welcome Call and guide clients through the post-sanction journey

* Manage the complete process from Application Form to Final Disbursement

* Track registration status, due dates, builder demands & disbursement timelines

* Coordinate with Clients, Bankers, Builder/Developer CRM Teams & Internal Team.

* Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure timely completion of every milestone

Who Can Apply

* Min. 2 Years Experience in Home Loan CRM, Mortgage Operations or Banking

* Strong coordination, communication & ownership skills
