Junior Social Media Marketing Executive

About the job:

We are hiring 2 Associates for our next operating cycle, with a defined path toward earning the position of BIZBoost Partner.

This position begins as a highly structured execution role. You will learn the BIZBoost systems, practice them rigorously, repeat what works, document the process, and gradually develop the ability to operate independently. You will create content for multiple brands, founders, and projects while learning how to preserve the distinctive messaging, perspective, personality, style, voice, and expression of each brand.

We are not looking for generic AI-generated content or template-based creativity.

You should be able to understand why one brand speaks differently from another, and reflect that difference through writing, design, and everyday digital media communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create content across multiple formats and platforms.

2. Develop content through writing, storytelling, and copy development.

3. Design creative content for various platforms and campaigns.

4. Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and expression.

5. Manage daily content and growth activities across delegated accounts.

6. Identify target audiences and support account growth.

7. Drive community growth, engagement, and management.

8. Support Marketing Communications and Networking activities.

9. Generate leads and conduct prospect research.

10. Identify high-intent and high-value connections.

11. Support Business Development and Sales opportunities.

12. Monitor content, audience, and campaign performance.

13. Track activities and maintain accurate operating records.

14. Analyze performance to identify what is working and areas for improvement.

15. Develop and implement revised strategies based on performance results.

16. Coordinate execution with fellow BIZBoost Partners.

17. Complete end-of-day deliverables and lead-generation roundups.

As you develop, you will also learn how to supply qualified opportunities into the wider BIZBoost Partner ecosystem, contributing directly to revenue opportunities and unlocking royalty on new clients you help bring into BIZBoost.

At the beginning, don't worry about trying to be the smartest person in the room. Learn the system, practice the system, execute the system, understand the system, improve the system. Some operations will intentionally be repetitive. That's the point. Repetition builds speed. Practice builds craft. Tracking builds awareness. Discipline builds consistency. Consistency eventually creates independence.
