Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated

Senior Data Analystto join our analytics team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and datavisualization tools to uncover actionable insights that drive business strategy and improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with crossfunctional partners, including product, marketing, and clinical teams, to translate complex data into clear, datadriven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling & Predictive Analytics:Design, develop, and validate predictive models that forecast key performance indicators such as patient engagement, cost savings, and treatment efficacy.

Statistical Analysis:Apply rigorous statistical methods to large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.

Data Visualization & Reporting:Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with business leaders to define analytical requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.

Data Governance & Quality:Ensure data integrity, implement data quality checks, and maintain documentation for data pipelines and models.

Continuous Improvement:Stay current with emerging analytics technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:Mentor junior analysts, lead knowledgesharing sessions, and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum3+ yearsof experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.

Proficiency inPythonor R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

Experience withSQLand relational database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Handson experience withSASor equivalent statistical software is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications
