Technical Product & Delivery Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product & Delivery Lead to join our growing team at Xane.ai. This

role is suited for someone who has a good understanding of technology and software delivery, along

with strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

The role will sit at the intersection of client requirements, project execution, and our internal

technical team. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, coordinating with

clients, guiding the internal team on priorities, tracking project progress, and ensuring deliverables

are completed within agreed timelines.

This is not a purely hands-on technical role. The ideal candidate should have sufficient technical

exposure to understand discussions around software, APIs, integrations, deployments, and

enterprise environments, while being strong enough in coordination and leadership to delegate

tasks, follow up on execution, identify dependencies, and drive projects towards completion.

Key Responsibilities

 Act as the primary coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, and the internal technical team.

Understand client requirements, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and translate business requirements into actionable points for the technical team.

Own project timelines, deliverables, priorities, dependencies, and overall execution.

Lead and coordinate the internal technical team by assigning priorities, following up on tasks, identifying blockers, and ensuring timely completion.

Conduct regular product discussions and ensure clear communication of requirements, action items, and deadlines.

Maintain visibility of project progress and proactively highlight risks, delays, dependencies,

or resource requirements.

 Coordinate technical discussions around APIs, integrations, access requirements, environments, connectivity, deployment, and documentation.

 Work closely with engineers to understand technical challenges and ensure the right issues are escalated and resolved.

 Ensure all client-side prerequisites, including access, accounts, environments, data, documentation, and approvals, are completed before deployment.

 Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test planning, feedback collection, issue tracking, and closure.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, action trackers, product plans, and deployment checklists.

Provide regular project status updates to clients, internal leadership, and relevant stakeholders.

Support client meetings, deployment discussions, requirement gathering, and project reviews.

Visit client offices within the city when required for project discussions, deployment readiness, alignment, and implementation support.

Take ownership of project execution from requirement understanding through delivery and

post-deployment coordination.

What We Are Looking For

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in technical project coordination, implementation, project management, delivery, client-facing technology roles, or a similar position.

Previous exposure to working with software/technology teams and enterprise clients.

Good understanding of software development and implementation processes.

Basic-to-intermediate understanding of concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud environments, databases, deployments, and system connectivity.

Strong project ownership and the ability to drive tasks through completion rather than only coordinate them.

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities and work with technical teams to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and business-friendly manner.

Ability to understand client requirements, ask the right questions, and convert discussions into clear action items.

Strong follow-up, organisation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes may need to be created and improved along the way.

Experience with project-management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana etc.
