Tele Counselor

Tele-Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their career and training requirements, and guide them about suitable courses and career opportunities. Key Responsibilities - make outbound calls to prospective students and leads. Explain ICA Edu Skills courses, training programs, eligibility, and career opportunities. Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals. Counsel and guide over phone to the prospective students regarding suitable courses. Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions. Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions. Update lead information in CRM/Excel and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets. Coordinate with the counselling, admission, and centre teams. Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel. Strong follow-up and convincing skills. Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
