Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support for industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers and understand their technical and product requirements.

Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.

Promote and sell industrial machines, motors, pumps, starters, and related products.

Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.

Install, commission, inspect, and service machines and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.

Prepare service reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Coordinate with the internal sales and service team to ensure timely customer support.

Basic understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and troubleshooting

Basic to good knowledge of electric motors

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

ITI in Electrical / Mechanical

Required Skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls

Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: Depends on Performance

Note: Candidate should have own Bike

Nagpur candidates are preffered
