The Role You own Instagram for The Padel Company end to end, fully remote. Content calendar, posting, captions, stories, reels scheduling, comments, DMs, and growth — all of it sits with you. You work directly with the founder and get full ownership of the account from day one.

What You Will Work On Planning and running the content calendar. Writing captions and posting reels, carousels, and stories on schedule. Replying to comments and DMs and keeping the community engaged. Tracking what performs and doubling down on it. Coordinating with the editor for content
