That’s what we’re building at Predixion AI.

We’re building an Agentic AI workforce for retail lending — AI agents that can understand context, make

decisions, take action and work alongside human teams across the entire lending revenue cycle.

From lead qualification and cross-selling to collections, our agents are designed to take on real

workflows, solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

We’re an early-stage company, which means there’s an opportunity to be part of building not just the

product, but the organisation around it and we're looking for someone to join our Founder’s Office.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with the founders across finance, accounts, business operations, compliance and

strategy — from invoices, reconciliations and financial reporting to research, process building and

business initiatives. Explore how AI and technology can automate and improve the way we work.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership early, work across different parts of the business,

experiment with AI and technology, and build things that didn't exist before you joined.
