You have preferably worked closely with a founder or leadership team in an early-stage company.

What you'll work on

Work directly with the Foudnders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.

Identify and solve problems across different functions of the business.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities.

Help evaluate new business, product, and market opportunities.

Drive special projects from idea to execution.

Work with different teams to unblock execution and ensure important initiatives move forward.

Support hiring and team management as the company grows.

Build and manage relationships with partners, customers, investors, and service providers when required.

Assist with cross-border arrangements and other business-critical initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.
