Job Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from international customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable telecom solutions. Explain plans, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Convert incoming enquiries into successful sales. Address customer concerns and resolve objections professionally. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Deliver high-quality customer service.

Desired Skills

13 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Telecom Sales, or International Voice Process.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Customer-focused mindset with a target-driven approach.

Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic BPO environment.
