What You'll Do: Develop B2B & project sales in the assigned territory Identify and generate new project/business opportunities Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, EPCs & corporate clients Conduct client/project visits and understand technical requirements Present and recommend suitable acoustic/soundproofing solutions Manage the complete sales cycle Lead Enquiry Proposal Negotiation Closure Coordinate with technical, design, production & project teams Track upcoming projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline Develop key accounts and generate repeat business Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in B2B / Technical / Project Sales from industries such as: Acoustic / Soundproofing Insulation Building Materials Construction / Infrastructure HVAC / MEP Engineering Products OEM / Manufacturing Architecture / Interior-related products Industrial Products Key Skills: B2C & B2C Sales Project Sales Business Development Technical/Solution Selling Client Relationship Management Architect/Consultant/Contractor Networking Negotiation Lead Generation Project Mapping Key Account Management Government projects / GeM / Tendering experience will be an added advantage, but is NOT mandatory.
