Industrial Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, particularly in adhesive sales, and will be responsible for driving sales growth in the B2B sector. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, particularly in the OEM market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the industrial adhesive sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales activities and results to management.
