SAP Master Data Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and will be responsible for overseeing the management of material and vendor master data within the SAP environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team effectively while ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Master Data Management team, ensuring that all master data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement best practices for data governance and data quality management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to master data quality and team performance.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on master data processes and tools.
• Act as a point of contact for any master data-related issues and work towards timely resolution.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP MDM and Master Data Management principles.
• Experience with material master and vendor master data management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
