Skills Required: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a performance-driven organization. Strong knowledge of Performance Management, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisals . Good recruitment and employee-handling skills. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting. Ability to analyze employee performance data and prepare reports. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in real estate, sales-driven organizations, or target-based environments will be an advantage.
