1. Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.

2. Handle product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order processing.

3. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

4. Monitor online sales, manage customer queries, returns, and complaints.
