Scrum Master (LIMS/ELN) - 100% remote - India - 12 month contract

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract LIMS/ELN Scrum master, this is to work on a long-term project, initially 12 months, 100% remote working from India.

Essential Requirements

Minimum +6 years of experience leading Agile software delivery initiatives, including at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs involving multiple vendors and global stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, scaled Agile delivery models, and Agile coaching techniques.

Experience delivering Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), scientific data platforms, or R&D laboratory digitalization initiatives.

Experience facilitating delivery activities using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tooling.

Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across international teams.

Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Experience for NeLLi NBE (IDBS Polar)

Large-scale LIMS/ELN implementations.

Scientific software platforms such as IDBS Polar, LabWare, Revvity Signals, Benchling, or similar laboratory systems.

Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).

Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D processes, including laboratory workflows, data integrity.
