Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our Gurugram-based office team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls.

2. Communicate with customers and build strong client relationships.

3. Explain products/services and handle customer queries.

4. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

5. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

6. Maintain customer and sales records in the CRM.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in sales or a similar role (min 1 year preferred).

2. Strong telephonic communication skills.

3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

4. General Knowledge and Common sense

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,84,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 84,000 /year
