Assist in screening resumes, reviewing application forms, and shortlisting candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members across multiple time slots.
Managed end-to-end onboarding documentation for 50+ new hires, ensuring 100% compliance and zero data errors.
Maintain, update, and secure digital and physical employee personnel files.
Assist in updating internal HR databases and HRIS platforms with new-hire details.
Preferred candidate profile
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
