Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes and optimize existing ones.

Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

Oversee budgeting and financial planning for strategic projects.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic goals.

Drive the development of long-term business plans and roadmaps.

Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.

What Experience You Will Bring to the Role

5 to 7 years in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.

MBA from Top Tier B-Schools in India.

Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Understanding of education sector, GTM, and growth strategy.

Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
