Real-estate Recruiter (Bangalore Rural)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with strong hiring experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and understand the talent requirements of real estate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle Real Estate hiring across sales and other business functions.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and regularly track hiring progress.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Prior Real Estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience in hiring Real Estate Sales profiles will be highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment workplace.
