About the Role :

ClickSoft Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as U.S. HR Operations Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources. Selected candidates will receive training in U.S. HR operations, employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.

Note: This is an HR Operations role and does not primarily involve candidate sourcing or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with U.S. employee onboarding and offboarding.Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.Support W-2 onboarding and C2C documentation.Assist with I-9 and E-Verify documentation processes.Maintain employee records, HR databases, and trackers.Assist in preparing employment documents and agreements.Follow up with employees for missing or incomplete documents.Coordinate with internal teams regarding onboarding requirements.Assist with employee verification and background verification activities.Update HR trackers and prepare basic MIS reports.Support payroll documentation and timesheet follow-ups.Handle routine employee queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.Maintain confidentiality of employee information.Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.Skills Required

Good verbal and written English communication.Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.Basic understanding of HR concepts.Good attention to detail and documentation skills.Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.Willingness to learn U.S. HR processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work in the U.S. night shift.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
