Strong Flutter Development ProfileMandatory (Experience) – Must have 4+ yrs of Hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart for building cross-platform mobile applicationsMandatory (Skills 1) – Must have expertise in state management using Bloc pattern and navigation using GoRouterMandatory (Skills 2) –Must have strong working knowledge of Android and iOS Platform (Platform-specific UI guidelines like Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Native platform capabilities and limitations etc)Mandatory (Skills 3) –Must have strong working knowledge in Firebase ecosystem ecosystem (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics)PreferredPreferred (Skills 1) – Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) developmentPreferred (Skills 2) – Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, mobile app analytics, crash reporting, and security best practices.
