Act as primary delivery leader for client engagements and drive cognitive HR operations using automation, analytics, and AI.Must Have:- German language proficiency B2 / C1 - Ability to engage with native German speaking stakeholders verbally and in writing- BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting experience including contract management and SLA reportingPreferred:- HRO backgroundKey Responsibilities:Delivery Leadership:Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global H2R processes including Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Talent Management, L&D, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee LifecycleEstablish governance frameworks for operational excellence, compliance, and predictable service outcomesCustomer and Stakeholder Management:Act as primary delivery leader and build trusted partnerships with client stakeholdersProvide executive oversight through governance reviews, performance reporting, and continuous improvementTransformation and Cognitive Operations:Drive roadmap for Cognitive HR Operations using Automation, Analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AILead process simplification, standardization, and digitization to improve employee experience and cost performanceWorkforce and Talent Leadership:Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, and succession planningEnsure onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teamsFinancial and Commercial Accountability:Own account-level financial performance including revenue, margin, productivity, and cost optimizationIdentify opportunities for account expansion and value creationRisk, Compliance and Controls:Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance standards, audits, data privacy, and HR policiesProactively mitigate operational risksDomain Skills:HR Outsourcing, Global Hire-to-Retire Operations, HR Service Delivery Transformation, Global Delivery Management, Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D Operations, Payroll, HR Governance, BPR, Automation, Analytics, AI, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSDRequired Knowledge and Skills:- 16-18 years progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or GBS with large-scale global delivery operations- Strong experience managing multi-location, multicultural teams- Proficiency in Global HCM tools and ERP solutions- HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA certifications preferred- Strong client management, leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills .
